Fruit waffles
Overview
Simple and easy to make waffles, they can be used as afternoon tea or breakfast. They are paired with fruit and milk. They are soft and delicious. Both adults and children love this fruity combination.

Prepare the ingredients and add baking powder to the low flour.

Add sugar to the egg mixture and mix well.

Sift the mixed flour into the egg mixture.

Add the melted butter over the boiling water, then place the egg batter in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

After refrigeration, slowly pour in appropriate amount of milk in batches until the milk drips into the egg batter and slowly blends in.

Prepare the pan, heat the pan, turn down the heat, and use a spoon to spoon a spoonful of egg batter into the pan.

Fry over low heat until egg batter bubbles, then flip over.

This will turn it over.

Frying the waffles requires some patience, until they are slightly brown but not overcooked.

The first time I make it, I can’t grasp the size of the waffles. I’ll gain experience by baking a few more.

Cut the fruit and drizzle with a little honey.

Sprinkle a little more powdered sugar for decoration. If you don’t have powdered sugar, you don’t need to add it.
