Steps
-
What I bought here is a bear fish tail, you can also use grass carp.
-
Cut the fish tail in the middle and separate into meat and bones.
-
In my family, the fish meat is usually boiled and the fish bones are cut into small pieces to make stir-fried fish. If the fish is not very big, even the bones are cooked together.
-
Use a diagonal knife to cut the fish into slices. The thickness should be moderate. Don't cut it too thick or too thin. Too thick will not taste good, and too thin will break easily.
-
Ingredients
-
Chop the ingredients and mix the fish with egg white, salt, cornstarch and soy sauce.
-
Sauté the boiled fish ingredients in oil until fragrant.
-
Add ginger, white garlic, and white scallions and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
After frying until fragrant, add about a plate of water. I used boiling water so that I don’t have to wait for the water to boil. Add some salt and MSG to taste.
-
After the water boils, add the Chinese cabbage.
-
Remove the cooked Chinese cabbage and put it into a soup bowl.
-
You can also choose cabbage, bean sprouts, etc. as green vegetables. If you are cooking the fish together, you have to add the fish bones and cook them at this step. Remove the pot and place it on top of the Chinese cabbage.
-
Then put the fish fillets into the pot piece by piece, cook over high heat for a few minutes, until the fish fillets are no longer red and the fish fillets are slightly ringed, add some red pepper, pepper, and garlic leaves and you are ready to serve.
-
Put it on a plate, and a bowl of boiled fish with full color, fragrance and flavor is ready,
