Pickled pepper chicken feet

Some of the chicken feet sold outside were uneasy to eat, so I tried making my own! It tastes great!

Wash the vegetable ingredients, cut green onions and celery into sections, shred carrots, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

Wild sansho pepper and millet spicy from the supermarket.

Wash the chicken feet and cut them with a knife.

Put the chicken feet into the pot, add cold water, appropriate amount of peppercorns, shredded ginger, bay leaves, cumin, star anise, green onions, turn on the heat, bring to a boil and skim off the foam. Cook for a few more minutes.

Take out the chicken feet and put them in cold water, changing the water constantly to remove the glue on the chicken feet.

Add cold water to the pot and bring to a boil, add peppercorns, star anise, scallions, celery, carrots, wild pepper and millet, and bring to a boil again. Turn off the heat. Add salt to taste according to taste.

Take out the chicken feet that have been soaked in cold water several times, drain them, put them into the juice prepared in step 6, cover and marinate them overnight and then you can eat them.

After marinating for 4 hours, I couldn't help but take out a plate and eat it. It tasted delicious!
