The unique sentiments of northerners are indispensable without a bowl of noodles. I don’t know how braised noodles are in other places, but they are definitely famous in Henan. It is a necessity in my house

Shake out the noodles you bought to prevent them from sticking. Steam in a steamer

A plate of green beans

Cut the beef into small pieces

Cut onion, ginger and pepper into shreds and put in oil pan and start frying

Add beef, two spoons each of soy sauce and cooking wine, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce for coloring, increase or decrease according to the amount of noodles.

When the green beans are tender add salt and seasoning. Then add two bowls of water, preferably boiling.

When the water boils, turn off the heat and prepare the noodles

Mixing noodles is a laborious task and must be done separately and slowly so that the noodles can better absorb the juice.

After mixing, continue to steam the noodles in the steamer for about twenty or thirty minutes before it is ready.

Mix it with your favorite chili oil or something and it's ready to eat.
