How to cook Perilla sauce at home

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials.
-
All ingredients chopped.
-
Hot oil, maybe a little more.
-
Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
-
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and spicy millet.
-
You can also add dried shrimps, which have a salty aroma and texture, but I just ran out of stock at home, so I didn’t add it.
-
Fry evenly.
-
Add the perilla leaves and stir-fry them over low heat.
-
Stir evenly until the perilla leaves shrink.
-
Test the taste. If it's not flavorful enough, add some salt and season.
-
Once it's done, let it cool, put it into clean, oil-free glassware, and put it in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for a week or two.
