The raw material pork tenderloin is cut into slightly thick slices.

Use the back of a knife to loosen the tenderloin.

Use Daxida barbecue sauce (original flavor), add dark soy sauce and cooking wine and stir evenly.

Pour the sauce into the pork chops and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat a pan, add vegetable oil and fry the pork chops.

Fry on high heat for about 1 minute and on low heat for about 3 minutes.
