Prepare all the ingredients. Put the egg whites and egg yolks in clean containers that are water-free and oil-free. Beat the egg yolks with a manual egg beater and stir in the sugar. Add the butter and stir in the milk, then sift in the flour and stir. Set aside for later use (I forgot to take pictures of these steps)

The eggs were not kept in the refrigerator, so it was easier for me to beat all the egg whites with ice water. Drizzle egg whites with chicken, drip with lemon juice. Use a whisk to beat until fish eyes are frothy. Add 1/3 of the sugar, then add sugar in 2 batches. Beat the egg whites until they are at right angles.

Then pour it into the cake mold, shake it a few times, and put it in the preheated oven. Bake the cake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn the cake upside down and let it cool to remove from the mold

Whip the cream over ice until it is still fluid, add mango jam and mix well

Cut off the edges of the cake and put it into the cake mold

Pour in the mango mousse, spread the fruit, place another layer, then pour the mousse and spread the fruit.

Once done, refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours
