Homemade meatballs for good luck

Preparing the ingredients, I didn’t take pictures of the quail eggs and coriander because they were plate decorations.

Cut the red and white radish into cubes and cook in a pot.

After the radish is cooked, filter the water and put it on a plate until it cools.

Prepare a kitchen rag, wrap the cooled radish in cloth and knead it.

Knead the red and white radish and place on a plate for later use.

Mix the red and white radish with the meat filling, add some oil, salt and soy sauce to taste, prepare a little flour, egg liquid and thirteen spices.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and wait until it is hot.

Leave the base oil in the pot, first add tomato paste and chili tomato paste, stir-fry and then add sugar. After the sugar melts, add water starch and stir.
