Pat and cut the garlic and the small pepper. Separate the stems and leaves of the garlic sprouts and cut them with a diagonal knife.

Cut the garlic leaves and set aside.

Brush the bacon with hot water and slice it into pieces, then stir-fry until the oil is released. Add garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry the garlic and small chilies until fragrant, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for a few minutes, then add the garlic and stir-fry until it changes color and becomes soft. Add thirteen spices and salt and stir-fry evenly.
