Beat eggs with salt

Wash, peel and slice the loofah, chop green onions and mince celery

Sauté the onions in a hot pan with cold oil until fragrant, then take them out and make sure they don’t burn

Leave the oil in the bottom, stir-fry the eggs and set aside

Bring water to a boil in a soup pot, wash the meatballs and put them into the pot

When the water boils again, add the luffa and eggs, bring the soup to a boil and remove the foam on the surface, add salt and MSG, add onion oil, chopped green onion, and minced celery.
