Pork and Celery Stuffed Wontons
Overview
In order to fill in the gap that I don’t have a log, I wanted to post this as a log, but it turns out I’m not very good at it, so I might as well add it to the recipe to increase my popularity.

Prepare the meat and other ingredients

Remove the celery leaves, wash them, blanch them in boiling water, take them out and set aside

Add water to the dough and knead it into a dough of noodle consistency. Let it rest for a while (you can also put an egg into the dough) and soak the seaweed

Chop the pork into minced meat, cut the celery and onions into mince and set aside

Follow the steps of making noodles and roll them into large pieces

Fold and cut into ladders to form wonton wrappers.

Mix the meat filling, minced celery and other side ingredients

Wrap into your favorite wontons

Prepare a large bowl, chop the coriander into small pieces, put the shrimp skin into the bowl, pour in a little soy sauce and a little sesame oil

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add wontons and seaweed. Once cooked, pour into a large bowl with prepared seasonings.
