Black peppercorn garlic pork ribs
Overview
Nowadays, the food in supermarkets is getting more and more abundant, and I like to wander around the supermarket to see if there are any new ingredients. I suddenly discovered that there are only thumb-thick pork ribs for sale. This kind of rib meat is not greasy and very chewy, so I bought some and made black peppercorn garlic pork ribs. The taste is very unique!

Steps
-
Wash and drain the purchased pork chops and set aside.
-
Sprinkle some salt and black peppercorns.
-
Sprinkle appropriate amount of minced garlic and stir evenly to marinate for 10-20 minutes.
-
Place the marinated pork chops flat on the plastic wrap.
-
Place the wrapped cling film in the refrigerator to marinate for at least half a day.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil or olive oil into a non-stick pan and heat until 50% hot.
-
Arrange the marinated pork chops evenly in the frying pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.
-
Skim the fried pork chops and spread them flat on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
-
Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees, and bake it in 15 minutes. (Each oven brand is different, and the time and temperature can be set by yourself.) After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chives and add a few lemon slices. It looks good and appetizing.
