Overview
Sweet potato leaves are delicious when stir-fried, and they are very nutritious and contain vitamins ABCD... (I won’t list them all here!) This time I’m going to make a cold salad. It’s summer and the cold salad is very good!

Remove stems from sweet potato leaves, wash and set aside
