Osmanthus, walnut and jujube bean paste
Overview
I like to fry my own bean paste. This time I added red dates, walnuts and candied osmanthus. The fried bean paste combines the aroma of red dates, red beans, walnuts and osmanthus. The sweetness is also suitable for my own taste. It is very delicious

Steps
-
Soak the red beans in water one day in advance.
-
Clean the red dates.
-
Remove date cores.
-
Put the red beans into the pressure cooker, add water that covers about 2cm of the bean noodles, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
-
Open the lid, add the red dates, and continue cooking for 20 minutes without covering the pressure limiting valve.
-
Cook and let cool.
-
Put it into the wall breaking machine and start the fruit and vegetable juice program.
-
Beat the beans into a fine paste, pour it into a non-stick pan, and stir-fry over medium-low heat. Be careful of splashing and scalding.
-
Adding lard and frying with oil will make the bean paste taste more moist.
-
Add brown sugar to taste more delicious.
-
When it is almost done, add chopped walnuts and sugared osmanthus and stir-fry together.
-
When the spatula is fried, there will be obvious lines. At this time, the bean paste is almost ready. There is no need to fry it too dry. It will dry out a little after it cools down.

It combines the aroma of red dates, red beans, walnuts and osmanthus. It has the right sweetness and is very delicious.
