Tomato Beef Dumplings
Overview
This is the second time I have made beef and tomato stuffing. I was inexperienced the first time and the taste was not good. The second time I added thirteen spices and it tasted much better. The dumpling wrappers are finished products bought in the supermarket. Because I really don’t have the skills to roll out dumpling wrappers.

Steps
-
Chop the ginger and squeeze the juice, remove the residue and retain the juice.
-
Make a cross cut on the top of the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, tear off the skin, cut into small pieces, and set aside to drain.
-
Chop the beef, add tomatoes, ginger juice, light soy sauce, chives (remember to chop), salt, MSG, thirteen spices, and cooking oil.
-
The finished product is out. I skipped the wrapping step. I was busy wrapping the dumplings with both hands and couldn't take pictures.

There’s no need to explain this step, right? Everyone will definitely do it. Hahaha...
