Braised Dried Fish
Overview
This is my first time trying to make this dried fish. It doesn't seem to be very successful. I wonder if any foodie experts can recommend a good method. The dried fish is dried by yourself!

The ingredients are: dried fish, green pepper, green onion (a little less, you don’t have enough green onions at home, you can add more), ginger;

Cut the dried fish into pieces and soak it in water for an hour because it is relatively hard. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and cut the pepper into cubes;

Preheat the oil in the wok, add the ginger slices, scallions, and tempeh, and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add the dried fish and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add water to cover the dried fish, because the dried fish is relatively hard, so add more water;

After boiling over high heat, cover the pot and simmer for twenty minutes; after that, the soup begins to turn milky white;

Use a spatula to turn it over and simmer for about ten minutes;

The soup is almost dry. At this time, add green pepper and salt and stir-fry; the pepper will become soft;

Finally, add a little soy sauce, add green onions, stir-fry over high heat until the soup dries up, and remove from the pot.
