Whole wheat bread with red bean paste

Is your bread seasoned? ? ? Haha, I just learned to make bread not long ago, and it seems I haven’t made much bread with ingredients. Most of the time, the simplest ingredients are taken and thrown into the bread bucket to make bread. They are rarely taken out to shape and stuffing. Why? Because I am lazy, how can I save trouble. In fact, you can also directly throw some fillings in and mix them into a dough, but I always feel that some fillings have to be wrapped inside to make them look like bread with fillings, such as red bean paste. If you mix them together into a dough, you won't get the taste of red bean paste. Haha, it’s purely my personal understanding. I made corn and soy milk this morning, so I used it to make dough, added some whole wheat flour, and stuffed it with bean paste. Isn’t it a very healthy bread with ingredients? Haha. . .

Except for red bean paste, put the above ingredients into the bread bucket in order, first liquid and then solid, and put the yeast on top

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine and plug it in. Turn on the power and select 12 Custom kneading dough in the menu for 15 minutes

After finishing a dough mixing program, let the bread machine rest for 5 minutes and then press the dough mixing program again for 15 minutes

After kneading, cut off the power and let it ferment until it doubles in size

Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 4 parts, roll it up into the shape of beef tongue

After everything is done, let it rest for 15 minutes

Make the dough into a round shape and flatten it into a suitable amount of red bean paste

Take out the mixing knife from the bread bucket and place the bread dough into the bread bucket with the seam of the bread facing down

Turn on the bread machine again and select baking program 18 from the menu, medium burn, 30 minutes
