  1. Soak the peach gum in cold water for 15 hours to pick out impurities. Soak the white fungus for 2 hours, wash it, and tear it into small florets for later use.

  2. The small bowl is where I picked out the impurities, and the big bowl is where I picked out the peach gum, which must have been soaked before I can pick out the impurities.

  3. Put all ingredients into rice cooker.

  5. Use milk paper bags to fill with cold water. About 2 bags are enough. The ingredients are only one finger thick. Set the rice cooker for 50 minutes and you will have delicious peach gum cups the next morning.
