Flour + water, ratio 1:1.5-1:2, add a little salt, stir thoroughly to form porridge, set aside. Wash the shallots and coriander and chop finely.

Preheat the electric baking pan and grease it with oil. Add batter (quantitate according to the size of the pot, and cover the bottom of the pot, the thinner the better), spread it out with a wooden spatula (iron is not recommended, as it is easy to break). After the added batter is dry, beat in 1 egg and spread evenly on the cake. Mix the eggs evenly and sprinkle black sesame seeds while the egg mixture is still wet.

After the eggs are solidified, apply a layer of oil and flip over after the other side is cooked. Fry for a while, then apply sauce (single flavor or mixed ones are both delicious, we applied several kinds of sauce). Sprinkle with minced green onions, minced coriander, ham, and a little shredded pickles.
