When I went to Gourmet World the day before yesterday, I saw this dish from Chef Bo Hui. I liked it very much and kept it in my collection. I have been very excited and I will try it out if I have time today.

Prepare ingredients, shrimp, eggs, minced meat, minced onions, ginger, garlic, carrots.

Peel off the heads and shells of the shrimps and marinate them with garlic, ginger, and scallions.

Add sweet potato starch water, minced green onions and salt to the minced meat.

Arrange shrimps on a small plate.

Put the prepared minced meat, lower the middle of the minced meat, wait a moment and beat the egg, the egg yolk will be in the middle.

Put it in a pot and steam it in boiling water for 15 minutes.
