Stir-fried Tofu with Tamarillos
Overview
Tree tomatoes are cultivated in southern Yunnan, southern my country, and southern Guizhou, southern Tibet. Tree tomatoes are more acidic than ordinary tomatoes, containing up to 20% protein, dozens of minerals and high content. The fruit is rich in pectin, vitamins and iron. Tomatoes have the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach.

Wash the tamarillos and steam them in a steamer.

After the steamed tamarillos have cooled slightly, peel off the skins of four tamarillos and set aside.

Add a little salt, soy sauce and cooking wine to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for a while.

Mince the onion, ginger, and garlic, and chop the spicy millet and set aside.

Cut the tofu into 2cm-sized pieces and blanch it in a pot of boiling water to remove the beany smell.

Heat oil in a wok, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir-fry until cooked.

Add the tamarillos, crush with a spatula and stir-fry evenly.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce.

Add a small spoonful of sugar and an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add spicy millet and stir-fry evenly.

Add the tofu and stir-fry for two minutes. Add a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly before serving. Turn off the heat and serve.
