This is my first time making pork floss, come and try it!

  1. Wash the lean pork, remove the membrane, cut into large pieces, marinate with ginger slices, five-spice powder and a little salt for more than half an hour. Put it into the pressure cooker, add bay leaves, cinnamon bark, orange peel, onion and garlic and press the simmer button.

  2. After cooking, remove and drain the water.

  3. Use a rolling pin to roll into thin slices.

  4. Put it into the bread machine and turn on the meat floss function. Add 5g of salt, 30g of sugar, 15ml of light soy sauce and sesame seeds and fry in appropriate amount.

  5. If it's not too dry after the program ends, just continue to fry in the wok until the humidity is what you want.
