  1. Wash all vegetables. Pumpkin peels and burdock peels have high nutritional value and should be preserved. Use a toothbrush to scrub the outer skins carefully.

  2. Cut all vegetables into cubes.

  3. Put a little olive oil in a frying pan, add pumpkin, burdock, onion, and carrots, stir-fry until the vegetables soften slightly

  4. Pour in the parsley and an appropriate amount of water. The water should cover all the ingredients. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool.

  5. After the hot soup has cooled down to lukewarm temperature, pour the entire pot of ingredients into the broken-wall food processor and press the fruit and vegetable button to blend for about 2 minutes.
