Walnut, sesame and purple sweet potato dumplings
Overview
Use walnuts and white sesame seeds as filling, glutinous rice flour and a little purple sweet potato flour to make this glutinous rice dumpling. It looks pretty pink in appearance and tastes pretty good too.

Roast walnuts in the oven

After cooling, place the grinding cup in a food processor

Break into pieces and pour into a bowl

Also put white sesame seeds (cooked) into a grinding cup and grind into powder

In the same bowl add sugar and honey and mix well

Roll the walnut and sesame filling into balls of appropriate size and it’s ready

Weigh out the glutinous rice flour and purple sweet potato flour

Add appropriate amount of warm water to form a dough for 10 minutes (cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying)

Take a small piece of dough, flatten it with your hands and put a filling

Wrap it up and make it round

Do them all in order

Boil water and cook the glutinous rice balls
