Overview
Boiled shrimp is made by boiling fresh white shrimp in boiling water. It is seasoned with cooking wine, ginger and salt. No oil or other condiments are used to maintain the original flavor and color. Choose fresh white shrimps, wash them and cut off their whiskers.
