Fennel Pimples

Pick and wash fennel and set aside.

The fennel cutter is about 10cm long, I usually cut it into quarters.

Add eggs, flour, thirteen spices, and salt, and stir repeatedly to coat the fennel with flour.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil. When the oil temperature is 8 and mature, add the fennel wrapped in flour.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, remove the oil and serve on a plate.
