Whole wheat European buns, brown sugar, jujube and longan buns

I uploaded whole wheat European buns a few days ago. The difference from the previous recipe is that the shape has been changed and jujubes have been added.

All materials are combined into dough. Waiting for fermentation

After the basic fermentation is completed, divide it into two equal parts. Roll out the round cake. Add jujube and longan.

Roll up into a cylindrical shape. Cut into segments.

Stand upright and place on baking sheet. Press with your hand. Cut a few intersections on it.
