I uploaded whole wheat European buns a few days ago. The difference from the previous recipe is that the shape has been changed and jujubes have been added.

  2. After the basic fermentation is completed, divide it into two equal parts. Roll out the round cake. Add jujube and longan.

  4. Stand upright and place on baking sheet. Press with your hand. Cut a few intersections on it.

  5. . After secondary fermentation, put it in the oven at 180 degrees, and check the temperature of your own oven after 15-20 minutes.
