Soak the mushrooms for more than 2 hours, remove the stems and cut into two halves

Stir-fry the roasted pork over medium heat until slightly oily

Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes

Add the boiling water to immerse the mushrooms and meat

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 50 minutes

Add some sugar and chicken powder, mix well, add chopped green onion
