Beer Potato Stewed Chicken
Overview
There was beer at home that was about to expire, and there were frozen roosters from the Spring Festival, which were paired with big Northeastern potatoes. It was a fragrant stew in a pot, and two cans of beer were added. The children were afraid that they would get drunk after eating this dish, haha. In fact, by the end of the stew, the soup was almost gone. If it weren't for the fact that he can't eat spicy food, I would have added more chili peppers, and if I added them earlier, the taste would definitely be better.
