Cherry Ice Cream Cake
Overview
This is a birthday cake made for children. It can only be eaten for dinner, so this cake can only be taken out at night. The lighting for shooting is a bit dark, but children like it very much. In the middle of winter, a warm house, icy cherries, smooth ice cream, fragrant and sweet cakes, and a mouthful of chocolate are so refreshing!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients
-
Peel 4 raw walnuts, put them into a food bag, and crush them with a dough ball;
-
Cake base: beat 2 egg whites into foam and add 25g white sugar
-
Beat until the stick can stand up straight
-
Sift in walnut powder, add chopped jujube and mix well
-
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake on the middle rack of the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, and set aside to cool
-
Chocolate ice cream: 2 egg yolks and 13g sugar
-
Mix egg yolks and sugar and beat until sticks can stand straight
-
Chopped chocolate
-
Whip whipped cream;
-
Pour in the egg yolk liquid
-
Add the chopped chocolate (do not add all of it, leave a little for final decoration) into the mixture, mix evenly
-
Pour it into a cake box with the freshly baked and cooled cake base, and gently place the remaining chocolate on top, place the big cherries on top, then cover it with plastic wrap and immediately put it in the freezer layer. Freeze it for 24 hours before eating. I choose to freeze it outside for about 6 hours.
-
Take the cake out of the freezer and defrost it indoors for about 10 minutes before taking it out of the box and serving it.
