Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces to serve with the minced meat. Moreover, cut into small pieces for easy stir-frying.

Prepare ginger and garlic.

Heat the oil in the pan, turn off the heat, pour in the minced meat, quickly spread it out and stir-fry evenly. It is better to turn off the heat and stir-fry, otherwise it will be too easy to form balls. I have prepared the minced meat and put it in the freezer for one meal.

After the minced meat is stir-fried, turn on low heat and stir-fry into pieces. Add ginger and garlic after stir-frying until fragrant.

Because my minced meat is fat and lean, it can be fried to produce oil.

After frying the potatoes, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and white sugar and continue frying until soft. Depending on the situation, you can add some water to cover the pot and simmer.
