Ingredients, carrots were not photographed. Cut beef cabbage into strips, slice carrots, and shred peppers.

Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant.

Stir-fry beef cabbage, carrots, carrots and salt on high heat until the onions and ginger turn brown.

When the beef cabbage becomes soft, add a little soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and serve.
