  7. Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms and sauerkraut and stir-fry for a while until cooked.

  10. You can use a small bowl to mix the soy sauce water, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of water and mix well. If you find it troublesome, skip this step and add it directly to the pot.
