The freshest and freshest wontons in the universe
Overview
This little ravioli is perfect for kids and friends who love seafood! Simple to make but tastes really great! In fact, it is also lazy! When you crave seafood, you want it right away! So I developed this little wonton and froze it in the refrigerator. If you want to eat it, you can have a bowl of hot and delicious little wontons after cooking it for a few minutes, which is really satisfying especially in winter! It’s convenient to eat in the morning, and you won’t be afraid of getting fat if you eat it as a late-night snack!

Clean the squid and puree it with a food processor, and also puree the pork tenderloin! You can also chop it by hand but it’s very tiring because squid is slippery and difficult to chop! Moreover, the squid cooked by the food processor is very tough, which is why it tastes better!
-
Add the leeks (you can add chopped green onions if you don’t want leeks) and all the seasonings and mix well! You have to adjust the saltiness according to your own taste! Mix onion and ginger into about 50 ml of onion and ginger water and slowly add it to the filling! Add while stirring! Let it fully blend! It tastes better if you stir it in one direction for a while

It can be packed! The smallest wonton wrapper I’ve ever used!
-
One bowl of filling can contain many, many small wontons! Arrange it and put it in the refrigerator! Just take it out and cook it when you want to eat it^_^
-
Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the wontons and cook for 1 minute, add cold water, then boil the water again, then add a little more cold water and bring to a boil and you are ready to serve! I like the most filling flavor and don’t eat MSG so! Clear soup, add a little salt, a spoonful of vinegar or a little hot sauce is OK. The original flavor is very fresh~~~
