My favorite private dish—Pig’s trotters baked with peanuts

Baked pig's trotters have always been my mom's specialty, and the dishes she cooks are also top-notch. Today's pig's trotters were made by my mom, and I added my favorite peanuts. It tastes great and delicious!

Wash the pig’s feet first

Chop into uniform small pieces and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour in the chopped pig's feet and blanch the water for 5 minutes

Wash the peanuts, drain and set aside

Rinse the blanched pig's feet and set aside

Heat the oil pan

Add peeled garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add star anise and sauté together

Pour in the blanched pig's feet and stir-fry for a while

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly

Add a small spoonful of mushroom essence (chicken powder is also acceptable) and stir-fry evenly

Add peanuts and stir-fry for a while

Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat

Pour the fried pig's feet into the pressure cooker and add 300ml of water

Cover the pot and bake over medium heat for about 40 minutes, then turn off the heat
