Baked pig's trotters have always been my mom's specialty, and the dishes she cooks are also top-notch. Today's pig's trotters were made by my mom, and I added my favorite peanuts. It tastes great and delicious!

  1. Wash the pig’s feet first

  6. Heat the oil pan

  7. Add peeled garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add star anise and sauté together

  8. Pour in the blanched pig's feet and stir-fry for a while
