Fried corn with shrimps
Overview
My family loves to eat this dish when the weather is cold. The main ingredients are shrimps, corn and ham. The ingredients are arbitrary and can be diversified. As long as the food does not conflict with each other, it can be combined. There are more ingredients, and it is made in a different way every time. It is fresh, the children love it, and it is more nutritious.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, peel and wash the carrots, remove the kernels from the cooked corn, and blanch the peas in water. After thawing the frozen shrimp you bought, carefully clean the shrimp lines and rinse them repeatedly.
-
Dice the carrots, dice the ham, and chop the pickled red cabbage into small pieces, so no need to cut them.
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the five-spice powder and chopped green onion until fragrant. Add the diced carrots and stir-fry until the diced carrots become soft.
-
Add the shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp changes color.
-
Add peas, red cabbage and corn kernels and stir-fry, add salt, sugar, pepper and light soy sauce to taste.
-
Remove from pan and plate. I also steamed the corn waffles, which was the perfect accompaniment to this dish.
