Cut the soft tofu into small pieces and set aside. (I bought tofu for two yuan)

Cut the lean pork into small cubes, add cooking wine starch and mix well. You can also use minced meat instead

Grind Sichuan peppercorns into powder, the finer the better

There are no green onions, so use green onions instead of green onions to stir-fry in the pot
