Steamed Redwood Fish
Overview
Steamed sea fish, redwood fish, is simple to make. After steaming, drizzle with cooking oil and boiling oil to maintain the original flavor without losing nutrition.

Remove the scales and belly of the two fish, wash them and put them on a plate. Place 4 pieces of ginger slices on them.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the fish, cover the pot, and steam over high heat for 8 minutes. (If the fish is smaller, shorten the steaming time appropriately)

Take out the steamed fish, pour out the steamed water, and pour an appropriate amount of steamed fish oil on top.

Add chopped green onions.

Pour away the water that used to steam the fish in the pot, put it back on the heat, add about 3 tablespoons of oil and bring to a boil.

Pour evenly over the fish to finish.
