Overview

Yunnan’s ‘Three Chop’ series of dishes are home-cooked dishes with special local characteristics. Easy to operate and extremely delicious. Recently, in addition to the black three-chop and red three-chop dishes, we have also created the 'white three-chop' dish, which has an even more special taste. It uses cooked salted duck egg white as the main ingredient, paired with screw peppers and minced pork. The fried white and green dishes are beautiful and delicious.

  1. Prepare materials.

  2. Add cooking wine and salt to the meat filling and marinate for 20 minutes.

  3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic separately and set aside.

  6. Add Jiusan cooking oil to the pot, add the meat filling and stir-fry until the oil comes out. Add the onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper and continue to stir-fry.
