Pan-fried cod
Overview
Cod is very nutritious and has no bones, so it is suitable for the whole family. Since the meat of cod is relatively loose, it requires a little skill when frying. Marinating it with egg liquid and starch in advance can avoid the fish pieces being scattered during the frying process. With the slight spiciness of black pepper and the sourness and fragrance of lemon juice, it tastes completely fishy
