This is an oven dish that can be eaten as a side dish or as a main course. I eat it as a staple dish and can change the taste. This time I made curry flavor and paired it with a bowl of tomato and egg soup. Who can say it’s not a delicious meal? Girls who want to lose weight can try it!

Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and cook them in water

Mix water and sugar into a dough for 10 minutes

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into 2 cm thick pieces (the size depends on the mold) and put it into the mold

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut one into cubes; put the other in a plastic bag and grind into puree

Put a little oil in the wok, when the oil is hot, add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the carrots and stir-fry, then add the mashed potatoes and a little water, season, turn off the heat, add the potato cubes and mix well.
