Lace Pizza
Overview
It’s been a long time since I kneaded the dough to make pizza by myself. I made a mini pizza some time ago and wanted to eat it again, so I made this large lacy pizza to satisfy my craving. Haha, although the homemade pizza is not as good-looking as the ones sold outside, it has real ingredients and tastes great~~~

Prepare all ingredients

Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient into the bread bucket and start the kneading process

Take out the dough and knead it for a while

Check the film release status

Add film and send to oven

Deflate the fermented dough, knead it a few times and divide it into two parts, one large and one small

Ferment until doubled in size

Roll out 3/4 of the portion into a large round piece, place it on a greased pizza pan and make some small holes with a fork

Divide 1/4 portion into three parts and roll into long tongue strips. Add ham sausage and roll into rolls

Cut into even pieces

Brush a layer of water around the pizza base and then arrange the ham sausage segments into a lace shape

Put it into the oven to ferment again for about 20 minutes

Slice the ingredients and set aside. Bake the mushrooms for 5 minutes in advance to remove the water

Take out the pizza base, brush it with tomato sauce and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese
-
Add onions, peas, mushrooms and carrots and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Then add ham slices and green and red peppers

Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese

Finally, brush a little honey water around

Place in the middle rack of the oven: 200 degrees upper and lower heat, bake for about 18 to 25 minutes

Take it out, sprinkle a little cheese powder on it and serve hot
