Cut the pork belly into slices with an oblique blade, slice the green bamboo shoots, slice the green pepper, and chop the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Pour oil into the pan and heat it up.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. (The fire should not be too high, as it will easily burn the pot)
