Slice cooked pork heart and cooked pork liver separately.

Cut the dried chilies into shreds, slice the onions, ginger and garlic, and cut the coriander into sections.

First stir-fry the chili shreds, then add the onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the pork liver and pig heart and stir-fry quickly for 2 minutes. Add vinegar to the side of the pot. This will give you a strong vinegar aroma! Add coriander segments and stir-fry.

Add salt to taste and serve.
