Barbeque pork
Overview
Since I'm from Shanghai, I couldn't eat southern-style barbecued pork when I came to Beijing. I bought it many times but couldn't find the flavor. I saw that Lee Kum Kee had barbecued pork sauce, so I bought a bottle and opened it and smelled it. It was interesting. After some research and supplements, I finally found Shanghai-style barbecued pork. My family all said it was delicious!

Steps
-
First cut the meat into large pieces and poke some holes on it randomly with a toothpick. It will be more flavorful when marinated. Put it in a crisper and add the above seasonings and appropriate amount of barbecued pork sauce. Leave some for brushing when grilling. Massage the meat for 5 minutes and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for two days.
-
After two days, take it out and put it on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the meat on the baking tray and bake it. Place on middle rack of oven.
-
Bake for fifteen minutes, brush both sides with barbecued pork sauce, turn over and continue grilling.
-
Take it out after the second fifteen minutes, brush both sides with sauce, then flip it over and put it in the oven to continue baking.
-
After the third fifteen minutes, the baking is completed. Don't rush to take it out. Turn off the oven, wait until the oven is not hot, take it out and let it cool. Slice and serve.
