Olive greens mixed with beans
Overview
Olive vegetables, which are rich in cooking oil and delicious and attractive, have always been my favorite. Perhaps due to the climate and the environment in which I grew up, I like to eat cold dishes, so I use olive vegetables as a condiment for cold dishes. Although this recipe of olive greens and green beans is simple, it tastes refreshing, delicious and goes very well with rice.

Wash the green beans and remove the tendons at both ends.

Put the green beans into a pot of boiling water and blanch them, then take them out and rinse them.

After cooling, cut into 2cm long pieces.

Put the chopped green beans into a large bowl, add a spoonful of olive greens and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of salt and a little MSG and mix well.
