Steam the rice.

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and soak in water.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Wash and dice onions.

Wash and cut celery into small pieces.

Mince the garlic.

Put the base oil in the pot, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and potatoes and stir-fry evenly.

Add tomato paste and stir well.

Add the beef balls for shabu-shabu bought at the supermarket and stir-fry.

Add boiling water until ingredients are covered.

Bring to a boil over high heat, add oyster sauce, salt, and sugar, mix well, turn to low heat, and cook for 20 minutes.
