Wash and dry the peanuts, and spread them flat on the baking sheet. (Picture 1) Bake in the oven at 150 degrees until fragrant. Stir several times during this period to prevent burning. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for later use. (If you don’t have an oven, you can bake it in a pan.)

Put an appropriate amount of sugar and a little water in a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat. Boil the sugar water until it bubbles. (Figure 2)

Add small handfuls of starch in batches, then stir-fry continuously, stir evenly, turn off the heat and let cool. (Figure 3)
