It’s been a long time since I made a cake for Shoubao. Today I bought spinach to make chiffon. I actually want to eat it too, haha. It’s soft and melts in your mouth. It’s super delicious and full of spinach flavor!

  1. Egg separation (container must be water-free)

  2. Add salt and 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolks

  4. Add spinach juice and mix well, then beat the egg whites and add sugar in three batches

  5. After beating, pour one-third of the egg whites into the egg liquid, stir evenly, then pour them back into the remaining egg whites and mix well

  6. Then pour it into the mold and shake for a few bubbles. Preheat the oven to 150℃ and bake for 60 minutes.
