Prepare all the ingredients and soak the peanuts and dried cuttlefish about an hour or two in advance.

Clean the cuttlefish and blanch it with peanuts.

Pick up the peanuts and cuttlefish, blanch the ribs in water, and then clean them.

Cut the cuttlefish into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients into a clay pot, add ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. After boiling, continue to simmer for about ten minutes, then turn to low heat and continue to simmer.
